    We provide pickup and delivery services across many Chicago neighborhoods. The most convenient method to determine whether Drop & Dash services your address is by creating an account. Upon entering your address, you will receive a notification regarding the availability of our services for your location. In the event that your address is not currently within our service area, you will be promptly informed of when our services are anticipated to reach your vicinity.

  • What if my driver is late?

    Our drivers strive to arrive at the scheduled time. However, if there’s a delay, your driver will contact you in advance to inform you.

  • Do I have to be home to meet the driver?

    You do not have to be home to meet the driver to pick up your laundry, but you will be responsible for the safety of your laundry. Feel free to leave your laundry on your porch, with a neighbor or door person, or anywhere else accessible to our driver. Please include this information in the “Special Instructions” on the app so our driver knows.

  • How do I know if my residential address is within your delivery zone?

    The most convenient method to determine whether Drop & Dash services your address is by creating an account. Upon entering your address, you will receive a notification regarding the availability of our services for your location.

  • What is the typical turnaround time?

    Our laundry pickup and delivery service turnaround time is typically 48 hours. We also offer next day (24 hour) rush delivery service as well.

  • Do I need to provide laundry bags or containers?

    You can use any type of disposable bag, like a garbage bag. When your order is returned to you, we will include our standard clear plastic bag.

  • Can I get my Wash & Fold turned around next day?

    Yes! We offer next-day, rush delivery service. This option is available when you select your delivery date.

  • What are your laundry pickup and delivery time slots?

  • I was notified my laundry delivery was delayed. What do these delays mean?

    A variety of factors may occasionally lead to a delay in the delivery and pickup of your laundry services. Despite our dedicated commitment to punctuality, there are instances where additional time is needed to ensure the meticulous cleaning of your garments. In those cases, we expect to return your laundry later than originally anticipated, however we work extremely hard to provide the fastest turnaround time possible.

  • I missed my laundry pickup. Is there a way to reschedule the pickup and delivery service?

    We understand that missed pickups can occur, and we empathize with your situation. However, it’s essential to note that our drivers manage extensive routes, similar to the operations of UPS or FedEx.

    Our drivers have a systematic process in place to ensure smooth communication. They will initiate contact through our automated messaging system to inform you when they are en route. If, upon their arrival, they find no clothes left out, they will follow these steps:

    First, they will call you. If there’s no response to the call, they will send a text message. Following the text message, they will make a second call from the same phone number. If, even after these attempts, we are unable to reach you within 3-5 minutes, our drivers are instructed to continue with their route. In such cases, you will need to initiate a new order either through our app or by getting in touch with our customer support team.

  • Do you deliver on holidays?

    We deliver on holidays. To get the most accurate information about delivery dates and times, please sign into your account and look for your desired delivery date.

  • I forgot to leave my laundry out for pickup, what do I do?

    If you forget to leave your laundry out for pickup, one of our drivers will contact you to reschedule a pickup. If you are unable to reschedule, you will need to initiate a new order either through our app or by getting in touch with our customer support team.

  • How to Place a Laundry Pickup and Delivery Order with Drop & Dash Laundry:

    Place your order by customizing it with your personal laundry preferences and scheduling your pickup and delivery date and time. Our driver will contact you to pick up your order and collect your clothes. Our professional laundry care team will then wash your clothes according to your specifications. Your clothes are inspected prior to washing, ensuring that whites and darks are separated, and everything is washed to your preferences. On the selected delivery date and time, our driver will deliver your clean laundry. You will receive a text notification when your order is on the way, and you can track your delivery through the app or website.

  • What to expect for your first order:

    Please put your laundry in a disposable bag, like a garbage bag, and place it outside your door or in your preferred pickup location prior to your pickup window. Your order will be charged by the pound at $1.95/lb, with a minimum order of 20 lbs (around 2 loads of laundry)

  • Is there a minimum order size for Pickup orders?

    Our minimum order is 20 pounds, exclusive of delivery fees. 20 pounds is about two garbage bags or two loads of laundry.

  • How can I track the status of my laundry order?

    You can easily track the status of your laundry service order by logging into your account on our website or mobile app. You’ll receive real-time updates on the progress of your order via text, from pickup to delivery laundry service.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and digital payment options. You can securely store your preferred payment method in your account for convenience.

  • What if I have a change in my pickup or delivery schedule?

    If you need to make changes to your pickup or delivery schedule, you can do so through your account on our website or app. We recommend making changes as early as possible to ensure a smooth transition.

    Yes, there is an option to get your clothes air dried. When placing an order there are options to create special instruction like air drying.

    It means you never have to do laundry again! Our cleaners will take your laundry, wash & dry it at their facilities, and fold it for you before wrapping it in special packaging.
